Senior Facilitator for Transformation Leadership – Changsha

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Transformation Leadership and is looking for a credible Senior Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Changsha and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Transformation Leadership credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Transformation Leadership content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Transformation Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Changsha and wider Asia.
