This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Leading Through Change credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Chongqing, China, and across Asia. What You Will Support

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Leading Through Change content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
