Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver ERP for HR training for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

What You Will Support

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP for HR content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured ERP for HR training sessions for client teams linked to Dammam and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Strong practical expertise in ERP for HR; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
