Key Areas of Responsibility
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP for HR content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured ERP for HR training sessions for client teams linked to Fuzhou and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
