Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver HR for Non-HR training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Kuwait City, Kuwait, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
