Incheon APAC Training Advisor – Negotiation & Influence

This role supports the growth of our Negotiation & Influence trainer pool and would suit a credible APAC Training Advisor available for assignments associated with Incheon.

Position Summary

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

We are building our pool of trusted advisors for Negotiation & Influence assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

What Success Looks Like

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Negotiation & Influence content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Negotiation & Influence training sessions for client teams linked to Incheon and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Negotiation & Influence; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Incheon, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
