Programme Coach – Sales & Negotiation (Tashkent)

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Sales & Negotiation and is looking for a credible Programme Coach who can support assignments linked to Tashkent and wider regional demand.

Opportunity Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Client is seeking an experienced coach to deliver Sales & Negotiation training for commercial teams, account managers, and customer-facing staff in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients raise commercial effectiveness, client engagement, and sales execution.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Sales & Negotiation; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong commercial credibility, facilitation energy, and the ability to improve live selling behaviour; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in sales enablement, account management, customer success, or negotiation programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
