A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Workshop Facilitator in Onboarding & Retention for assignments associated with Samarkand and the wider Asian market.
Brief Overview
Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Onboarding & Retention training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Candidate Background
Strong practical expertise in Onboarding & Retention; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
