Stakeholder Management APAC Training Advisor – Taipei

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Stakeholder Management and is looking for a credible APAC Training Advisor who can support assignments linked to Taipei and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

We are building our pool of trusted advisors for Stakeholder Management assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Stakeholder Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Stakeholder Management training sessions for client teams linked to Taipei and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in Stakeholder Management; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Stakeholder Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Taipei, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
