We are seeking a delivery-ready Subject Matter Trainer with proven Leading Through Change capability for assignments connected to Xiamen, China, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable trainer who can lead Leading Through Change learning engagements for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Xiamen, China, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What We Are Looking For

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
