We are seeking a delivery-ready Programme Coach with proven Personal Effectiveness capability for assignments connected to Tokyo, Japan, and broader Asia.
Role Overview
We are building our pool of trusted coachs for Personal Effectiveness assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Coaching requirement.
What You Will Support
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Personal Effectiveness content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Personal Effectiveness training sessions for client teams linked to Tokyo and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
What We Are Looking For
Hands-on credibility in Personal Effectiveness; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
