Training Programme Manager – Employee Engagement & Culture (Ulaanbaatar)

We are interested in hearing from experienced Training Programme Manager professionals who can deliver Employee Engagement & Culture training for organisations operating in and around Ulaanbaatar.

Role Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable training programme manager who can lead Employee Engagement & Culture learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What You Will Support

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Employee Engagement & Culture content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Employee Engagement & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Employee Engagement & Culture; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Employee Engagement & Culture with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
