- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

- Proven subject-matter credibility in Leadership Development with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
