Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP Process Training content easier to apply after the session.
