Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver First-Time Managers training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Yokohama, Japan, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make First-Time Managers content easier to apply after the session.
