We are seeking a delivery-ready Training Consultant with proven DEI & Culture capability for assignments connected to Daegu, South Korea, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for DEI & Culture assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

What You Will Support

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured DEI & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Daegu and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in DEI & Culture with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Hands-on credibility in DEI & Culture; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.
